1 · Birth Options Consultation
The starting point for every family. A comprehensive review of your history and the full evidence on birth settings — home, birth center, hospital — with absolute-risk counseling specific to your pregnancy. You leave with a written summary of your individualized risk profile and the honest answer to the question you came with.
2 · Candidacy & Planning
For families pursuing a home birth plan: full candidacy assessment against our published criteria, a reassessment schedule through pregnancy, and a written transfer plan — receiving hospital named, triggers defined, route rehearsed — completed by 28 weeks.
3 · Team Assembly
Curated matching from our vetted network: the attending provider (physician where available, certified nurse-midwife otherwise), doula, childbirth education, lactation support, and pediatric handoff for the newborn. Every attending provider in our directory meets written standards for licensure, experience, equipment, and transfer record. How we vet.
4 · Ongoing Advisory
Scheduled visits through pregnancy at the defined milestones — candidacy re-verified with our own measurements, plan adjusted as your pregnancy evolves, and a physician who already knows you if the plan needs to change late.
Consultation fees are set at intake and provided in writing. We do not bill insurance; we can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement where applicable. Fee schedule available at booking.
